Failed to show up to clean. When contacted made excuses. Later her husband called and said she was told that we were not happy with her work. We are in our 80's and never spoke to her except say thank you and pay her. Her cleaning was okay but not outstanding. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BunnyBlank Cleaning Services. I have had several house cleaning services over the years but Maybelin is by far the best ever. All tables, shelves, etc. were dusted thoroughly, she did not just dust around items, she moves them. In the past most of my prior services just swiffered around whatever was on the table, cabinet, etc., Baseboards, ceiling cleaned, under the furniture was swept. I am not going to have to hire another house cleaning service again. THOROUGH AND EXCELLENT!!!!!

I had a rental property that needs move-out cleaning for my ne tenants. My previous tenant vacated and left with filthy and sticky floor, bathtub, trims, etc, and Bunny Blank cleaning service did an excellent job and made it move-in ready. They are very quickly responding and flexible on schedule when I had to change my appointments. They had to come in and inspect for the quote, and for the quote and actual cleaning date, they were very punctual and met their their commitment. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely use for my next property.
Our tenants had a plumbing emergency at 10:30AM on a Saturday, which included backed up sewage coming out of toilets and showers. Once the plumber solved the issue, we contacted them at 12PM, and by 4PM they had everything cleaned up and looking brand new. And at a reasonable price. Thank you for the fast response as it was critical to get the areas sanitized as quickly as possible!
BunnyBlank did an exceptional job with the rental house's move-out cleaning. I did a very poor job keeping up with cleaning while I lived there, so a deep cleaning was really needed. They made that house look so good! I really wanted to move right back in. They went above and beyond what I'd asked for, even cleaning the dead insects out of the numerous light fixtures in the ceilings! I felt what they charged for the job was very reasonable and because of them I'm sure I'll be getting my deposit back. Thank you BunnyBlank!
